In our quest to enhance the Gen Z experience at the Mall of the Emirates and align with Majid Al Futtaim's vision, our project became a journey of connection. We didn't just study Gen Z; we immersed ourselves in their daily lives, walking the
mall, sharing conversations, and capturing the heartbeat of their stories. Each interview and on-site exploration was a factor that helped us understand and delve into the core of Gen Z existence.

We combined these personal narratives with meticulous research, forming a "How might we" statement and a customized customer journey map. Our proposed
solution, the "Social Station," goes beyond a mere concept; it's a response to the aspirations and dreams we uncovered. The Create, Instaglam, PanelPlay, and Edit stations, complemented by a cozy café, aim to seamlessly blend into the vibrant tapestry of Gen Z lives. Beyond overcoming challenges, our aspiration is to create a haven that authentically enriches the Gen Z experience at the Mall of the Emirates, embodying a genuine and enduring connection between Gen Z and this iconic shopping destination.
